Nebbiolo
The vinification takes place in steel tanks for about 10-15 days. As soon as the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is over, the wine is placed in barriques for aging which lasts 24 months.
Vine: 100% Nebbiolo.
Colour: the ruby red color, with light garnet reflections.
Bouquet: deep notes of black fruits such as blackberry predominate, spicy hints contribute to its complexity.
Flavour: its structure and persistence are its characteristics, thanks to a dense texture of sweet and smooth tannins.
Year of planting: 2004.
Production per hectare: 85 QL.
